Include your platform, app version, and a short description. Never send your password, full payment details, or sensitive medical records.
Report a problem in the app
Use Report a problem in The Herb Kitchen to describe what happened and optionally attach screenshots. Include the steps that led to the issue. Use email if you cannot get into the app or need help with an account or subscription.
Account access
Use the verification or password-reset code sent to your account email. If the email includes a working link, you can use that instead. If a code or link has expired, request a new one from the sign-in screen. If you no longer control the address, contact support; we will not bypass identity checks.
Subscriptions
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe. Use Restore purchases in The Herb Kitchen after reinstalling or changing devices. If access is still missing, include the platform and product name in your message, but do not send complete payment credentials.
Data export and deletion
Open Profile → Account settings to export your data, remove local data from one device, or permanently delete your account. These are different actions: removing local data leaves synchronized account information online.

Nutrition and AI questions
Nutrition values and AI-generated drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Check package labels, allergens, ingredients, and portions before saving or acting. The Herb Kitchen does not provide emergency or medical support; contact a qualified clinician for individual medical nutrition advice.
Privacy or safety concerns
Review the Privacy Policy for data practices and available controls. Report suspected account compromise, harmful shared content, or a privacy concern to support with enough non-sensitive detail for us to investigate.
